Individual Career/Life Purpose Coaching
The Life Purpose Process is a four-step core process with an option
to continue with coaching beyond the core. The steps are:
- Self-Exploration and Assessment
A series of questions and assessments guide you to discover
what you love to do, what your unique skills, talents, and gifts
are, and all the components and elements you want in your ideal
career.
- Options
Together with your coach, you will design a variety of career
possibilities. Some people discover one career option but most
choose to explore five to seven options.
- Research
Your coach will direct you in the research of different possibilities
to discover which career is right for you. Various methods are
used to gather information that will assist you to further clarify
your direction and decide on a career goal.
- Plan of Action
Your coach works with you to develop a specific plan of action,
long-term and short-term. You may have a wonderful goal that's
more long-term and yet you need a job or want to make a change
right now. Together you will develop a plan that accomplishes
both
- On-Going Coaching
Few people have a support system in place to help them achieve
their goals. Coaching plays an integral part both during and
after the completion of the core process. Afterward, you may
meet with your coach once a week, once every other week, or
once a month until you have accomplished your goals.
Executive Coaching Program
Executive coaching is an active development process tailored
to meet the individual needs of CEO, COO, CFO and other senior
executives. All of Total Potential Executive Coaches have experience
coaching top executives, as well as having been senior executives
themselves at some time during their career.
There are four phases to the Total Potential Executive Coaching
Program:
- Assessment
A series of interviews, leadership development assessments,
and 360 degree multi-rater feedback tools will be used to gather
valid information and help you identify your own definition
of success. Your coach will assist in the interpretation of
the data, identifying potential blind spots, patterns, and overall
messages. This process will also identify any skill gaps and
options for closing those gaps.
- Developing an Action Plan
Once the assessments are complete, an action plan is created
to develop objectives and goals you want to achieve to attain
your definition of success. A measurable action plan and coaching
timeframe will be agreed upon.
- Implementation
Your coach will meet with you regularly as you implement the
action plan. Your coach will listen, challenge, ask pointed
questions, and offer observations and unique perspective at
this stage. He or she will also hold you accountable for your
progress.
- Coaching
On-going coaching will support and enhance your behavior as
you meet your objectives and set new goals. Your coach will
work with you to fully integrate your behavioral changes into
daily habits and continue to challenge you to reach new goals.

clarification, preferred working style and environment, resume
writing, search techniques and interviewing. This workshop will
prepare you for your job search and reduce the time it takes you
to find not just a job, but a job you'll love.
Bringing Your SELF to work
Have you ever felt like you have a "work self" and a
"real self"? This workshop will help you get in touch
with what your personal calling and passion is in life. We'll
discuss what stops us from living our passion and how we can bring
our "whole self" to work every day.
