Developing and Realizing Human Potential

JobFit.com is an innovative method that helps employers find people who will become effective employees. JobFit.com is an innovative method that helps jobseekers find jobs and careers in which they will find success, job satisfaction, and fulfillment.

Jobseekers register at the JobFit.com web site, complete a digital resume, and take a Job Fit Survey. The digital resume follows a standardized format that makes it easier for employers to find job candidates who meet the hard skills requirements of their jobs. The Job Fit Survey measures each candidate’s soft skills of thinking style, occupational interests, and behavioral traits.

When employers use JobFit.com, they post jobs, define job requirements (hard skills) and complete a job survey that identifies the soft skills that will enhance job performance. Then, the JobFit.com Fast Find feature searches the JobFit.com candidate database and lists the people who have the hard skills to do the job. Next, the Fast Match feature shows how well candidates match the soft skills requirements of the job with a Job Match Percentage next to each candidate’s name. Employers can then select the best candidates and receive individual Job Fit Reports, complete with suggested interview questions.

Employees chosen on the basis of Job Fit have a much higher degree of on-the-job success than those chosen by traditional hiring methods. Employers benefit by hiring more great, long-term employees and their employees benefit by landing jobs that fit who they are. JobFit.com is truly a win-win method of putting people together with jobs and careers.

Employers who want to lower their cost-per-hire while populating their businesses with employees who are effective, efficient, productive, and profitable will subscribe to JobFit.com to find the best available job candidates.
