Kelly Goski
Kelly Goski has over fifteen years of experience in the Human
Resources arena with particular strength in employee assessment
and selection, performance management systems, leadership development
and succession planning, and employee relations' strategy and
implementation.
With her human resource planning and management experience, Kelly
has designed and implemented successful recruitment and retention
strategies though the use of employee climate surveys and cultural
audits. During her career, Kelly has managed high profile recruitment
projects, union avoidance programs, workforce reductions, and
legal and ethical matters related to employment relationships.
Her expertise in employee climate survey work ranges from design
and development to analysis and management reporting.
Prior to joining Total Potential, Kelly held several human resource
management positions with companies such as: Rivertown Trading
Company, Target Corporation and AT&T Broadband. Additionally,
she has provided consulting services for Fortune 500 companies
including: United Defense, Honeywell, and Cray Research. She was
educated at the University of Minnesota and has continued her
professional learning through the Minnesota Institute for Legal
Education (MILE) and the Society for Human Resource Management
(SHRM).
