Bridget Wenman
Bridget Wenman is a Management Consultant and Trainer dedicated
to assisting her clients in the development of their true potential.
Ms. Wenman has over 14 years experience in Sales and Management
and has been nationally recognized as one of Baldwin Piano and
Organ's "Major Event" Top Sales Performers. This experience
has been invaluable in the development of training in the areas
of Sales, Sales Management and Customer Service.
Prior to establishing her consulting business in 1997, Bridget
was an Area Manager for Interim Personnel, a $2 Billion staffing
company. She hired and developed a highly effective team of people
who generated a gross revenue increase of over 250% in just two
years. It was the development of this team that inspired her to
establish her own business, dedicated to helping her clients understand
how to utilize individual strengths to build more effective teams.
In addition to Training Services, Bridget has provided Business
Consulting Services to a variety of clients. Ms. Wenman recently
used her experience in the Staffing Industry to analyze her clients
utilization of Contract Staffing Services, researched options
for a more effective solution and assisted in the re-negotiation
of a $ 2.5 million Staffing Contract. Potential savings to the
client will be over $200,000 per year.
Bridget's human resources expertise has allowed her to assist
clients in the development of more effective hiring practices,
from selection and screening processes to the development of performance
appraisals and evaluation procedures. To ensure that her clients
have the most effective tools available to assist in their hiring
process, Bridget recently expanded her services to provide a top
line of pre-employment assessments by Profiles International.
Ms. Wenman has a BA in Organizational Communication from the
University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh with a minor in Public Speaking.
